Remember when I posted about the fun swap I did with Mollie from Wild Olive? Well, after reading that post, my sweet friend Kaitlyn from isavirtue emailed me asking if I were able to get Manner waffles here in Germany. Because her hubs loves them and she would like to surprise him with some. Well, we certainly can get them here, in fact, we love these delicious waffles from Austria very much as well!
We agreed on doing a goodie swap! I told her some of the goodies from the U.S. we REALLY missed, like s'mores pop tarts, Crystal Light, mac'n'cheese packages, Reese's etc. And I asked her what else she would like from Germany/ Europe. And so we went shopping!
Today I got an amazing package in the mail filled with lots of goodies! Leonie had to eat a s'mores pop tart right away! Yummy!! I hope that Kaitlyn will get my package soon...I didn't manage to send it as fast as she did, but I bet she will have it within the next few days!
Thanks so much for all the goodies, Kaitlyn! This was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed going shopping for you!
Let me know if you would like to swap with me! I love swapping!
Hugs,

Welcome

Hi, I'm Chrissy - a part-time working mom and wife trying to navigate life by taking the pup for a walk while the pasta is cooking, so that lunch is ready on time. My spare time is for blogging and knitting - give me a precious skein of yarn and I am in heaven! Thanks for stopping by - enjoy! xxx

How fun! Swaps are always exciting to me. ;)
that's such a fun idea!!
What a fun swap!!! I like trying new foods from other countries.
my mom is coming over from the US next week and all I've requested is as much mac 'n' cheese as she can possibly fit! sounds like you got some pretty solid American treats :D
Mail in your mailbox is THE BEST.
The end.
So fun!!
This is so fun! I remember my parents used to swap with friends of ours in Holland. We'd send them mac & cheese & cinnamon toast crunch, and they'd send over delicious dutch treats.
ohhh!
if you ever find yourself with too many kinder eggs ; let me go & i will *totally* take them off your hands.
I absolutely these swaps too, isn't it exciting getting snail mail? I cherish mine by holding onto it for hours before I open it:)
Ah, so much fun! :P That's how we met, through a box of sweets! :D
I've never tried S'mores Pop Tarts! What a cool package; look at all those animal stamps, cool :p.
Hope you're having a great day!
Oh my goodness!!! So much AWESOME. I wish I had some money and could swap with you!!! Hopefully in the future. ^_^
Nice! I think I like the contents of the parcel even better than the stamps! :o) Have a good weekend! x
Chrissy, I would love to swap with you! I'll e-mail you and we can chat :)
Swaps are just so much fun! I will have to take you up on that offer! ;)
