Our week has been filled with making smoothies using our new blender. Every night we juice away and we are all loving it! I have been browsing the web for smoothie recipes, so if you have any good ones you'd recommend, please email them to me! I'd be very grateful for your inspiration!
The weather has been quite crazy - there's been a few thunderstorms this past week including bird egg sized hail and rain like there is no tomorrow. The earth is thankful though and very much needed all this rain, the grass and plants are growing and recovering from the drought.
Yesterday while I was reading Hollie's blog, I came across this link in her comments. It's a video showing a Time-Lapse Trip Around Earth Using Space Station Photos. It's amazing! You should really take a minute and watch it. I think I watched it at least 4 times in a row and was mesmerized!

Awe, these photos are amazing! :P And I love rain and hail, although hail can be pretty destructive.
I'm not big on smoothies, but I've been using the blender a lot to make margaritas, haha, a very refreshing drink perfect for the current weather :p. Americans make it very easy by selling a good strawberry margarita mix. It might no be the real deal, but it's good enough for me, haha.
