I bet you've seen these posts all over blog world, like over here at Windshield Diaries
I must say I really like them, so without further ado, here goes mine:
If you really knew me....
- You would know that I really ache for the US and hope to be able to return there one day.
- You would know that I hate it when I open a blog and it takes forever for the page to load. Yeah, I'm impatient like that.
- You would know that I love knitting and embroidery, my two favorite crafts to unwind.
- You would know that we take the pup on several walks a day, but the best one is our evening walk as a family - we really enjoy spending that time together and it's always the perfect ending to a long day.
- You would know that I love sleeping in on the weekends. Yep, I loves me a good night's sleep.
- You would also know that I love diet Dr. Pepper and hate it that I can't get it here in Germany, unless I order it online for like $1000 a can.
- You would know that I am an emotional eater and put on some extra weight since moving back to Germany and that I am trying to get rid of it and then some! Wish me luck!
- And you would know that I am a loyal friend and absolutely love the fact that you took the time to stop by and read this!
Hugs,

Welcome

Hi, I'm Chrissy - a part-time working mom and wife trying to navigate life by taking the pup for a walk while the pasta is cooking, so that lunch is ready on time. My spare time is for blogging and knitting - give me a precious skein of yarn and I am in heaven! Thanks for stopping by - enjoy! xxx

Oh my gosh! LOVEEE this pensive picture of you! And oh my gosh! Why is that DDP SOOOOOO expensive?? That's craziness!

Great post! I wish we had more time to take our pup on more walks together. I used to love Diet Dr Pepper too until I swore off soda. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water :)
Love the post and love your picture, Chrissy! I love your eyes by the way!
They are so intense! Wow! :)
I am so bad at knitting, I have tried to knit a scarf and it was a disaster!
Hugs!
You are so beautiful! And I knew most of these things! I am so sorry that you can't get Diet Dr. Pepper there. Want me to send you a case? Its my favorite soda! I'm pretty much addicted.
I am also an emotional eater. I hate it. I am trying so hard to get back on a diet, but right now its difficult since I am trying to use up all our groceries in the cabinets.
I hope you have a fantastic day!
xo,
Danielle
I'm an emotional eater too! it totally sucks, and I wish I wasn't. but seriously, thai food makes everything better.
What a nice post, Chrissy! ;) And best luck on losing weight! I'm struggling to get rid of the weight I've gained here, too :/ ... A blogger friends recommended the website/app Lose It and it's really working for me! :p Keeping track of the calories I put in my mouth has helped me eat less and exercise more. If you open an account, too, and want to add me, let me know, k? ;)
Happy midweek, girl! ;D
Awesome post!
Oh I might do this.. but I some how knew 1 & 4 & the last one. You seem like it just by some of your posts about your friendships!
Such a pretty picture of you!
No Dr. Pepper? That's horrible. I hope you are able to return to the US.
I am not sure if you meant just Diet Dr. Pepper, but here in Switzerland, if you are ever down here, you can get Dr. Pepper at the Coop grocery store. I am happy they have it, I get it every once in a while to cure the crave.
I ache for moving back to the States too. Luckily we plan to move back this up coming Spring.
