Thank you all so much for your comments and emails on my post from yesterday. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and giving me some great advice!
The thing is, I know all the right things to do. I know how to eat healthy and I know that you need some kind of exercise on a regular basis. And I am doing most of it already (otherwise I'd probably still be gaining weight), but I think that if I had some sort of plan to stick to, I would be more successful and could hold myself accountable for it. So, I think I will give it a try and I will definitely keep you guys posted!
Today has been super busy and super hot! The temps went up so fast that I could hardly stand it. I am definitely not a fan of heat. Hoping for it to cool off a bit tonight. Please excuse me for being a bit absent from your blogs lately, but with me being on vacation, Leonie and I are pretty busy with summer activities and so I don't have as much online time as usual, but I still read and I will be back 100% after my two week break! Pinky swear!

Hey dear! I wish you all the good luck and I know that you can achieve anything you want! I am thinking of you! Hugs!
I don't intentionally try to lose weight (if you're interested, google HAES - Health At Every Size), but I do work out regularly and eat a large variety of nutritional foods, and I've never lost any weight and I'm quite overweight. I guess my point is that it's easy to get discouraged, but it is very difficult to change your body, but the important thing is your health, not your specific number.
<3 glad to hear you are enjoying the summer... I agree though.. the hot is too hot for me! Pretty cool in Chicago right now... better come back and cool off! ;)
