The view out my patio door // my cute new succulent // my loves //
mi casa // wrist warmers for the girl // outside a German church

Can you believe that October is already heading toward it's end? I know I've said it thousands of times before, but I cannot believe how fast time is flying by. It's truly unbelievable.

It's been a "normal" week around here. Work and family stuff and then work again. I have been enjoying watching the German version of "The Voice" - it's incredible how many talented people are out there and how many Americans come over here to Germany to participate in the German version of the show.

A lot of knitting has been going on. Knitting for Christmas pressies and also special orders from family and friends. But I am not complaining, cause if you know me, you know I love knitting. It's my way to unwind after a long day. Give me some needles and some nice yarn and maybe even a glass of wine and I am one happy lady.

I have also been enjoying working on my new computer. I seriously thought the switch would be a lot harder. But, to be honest, it wasn't at all. I am loving the way things are so much more user friendly and easy to handle. Especially if you are used to an iPhone or iPod I think you don't need much help. Any suggestions on which apps I should get are more than welcome!

I hope you are enjoying your weekend so far!
Have a wonderful Sunday!

Hugs,

I love the view from your porch, wow, such beauty!! I love succulents too, have a small cutie in my kitchen and The Boy requested one in his bedroom, so he has a little one on his dresser. He's learning how to care for it!

If the wrist warmers are any indication, you are going to have some awesome Christmas presents to give this year! Love your pretty succulent, too!

I'm with you - I have no idea how October is flying by so quickly!

Your house looks amazing! That photo seems taken from a book.

And sadly, I don't knit, so just wine makes me a happy lady, haha :p.

Your new computer looks really neat, btw.

Another hug!
